"A weblog is a frequently updated web site where the content is often in reverse chronological order." (Mena Trott)
It contains a perfectly random assortment of thoughts, ideas, references and complaints, and they are all mine! (CD)
This About Me section is pretty much redundant, since i) I am a complicated person, consequently ii) there is nowhere near enough space, and iii) you can form a mental profile of me from what I want you to be able to know about me by way of the blog posts. So there!

"As unbelievable as Katrina itself is the fact that the leader of the free world has been outshone by the elected leaders of a region renowned for governmental ineptitude."
If there is any - any - justice in this crazy world, Bush will lose much more than just his place in history.

The thing about W's loss of a (good) place in history is that apparently, this is what he's really, really after deep down. Up until now, I think he may still have retained a resemblance of such a place, but now, it just comes crumbling down in a very obvious way.
